The Rotorspray Internal Pipe Coating Unit is suitable for heavy industrial coatings and is very capable at coating the internals of large diameter pipes.
- RotorSpray l for pipes 4” – 6” ID (100mm – 150mm).
- RotorSpray lll for pipes 7” – 38” ID (175mm – 950mm).

- Includes High Speed rotary head, self-adjusting centering carriage, air control assembly and air control hose, high pressure paint shut-off gun and airless paint spray hose

- Select the unit to suit the pipe size diameter.
- Select the system type to suit the pipe length.

Conespray Junior Internal Pipe Coating Tool
The Cone Spray junior internal pipe coating tool is a heavy duty coating unit for small ID pipes.
Hollow Cone’ spray pattern.
For pipes 3″ – 5″ ID (75mm – 125mm).
Includes spray tip, shut-off valve, ‘collar and button’ centering carriage.
3600 psi pressure rating.
Connects to high pressure airless sprayer pump – not included.
